Erinmills Event Centre is a compact event venue centred on an adaptable open-plan reception area whose defining quality is a clear layout that accommodates separate lounge and entertainment zones.
Design: The interior features dark tiled flooring and low, coffered ceilings punctuated by a central chandelier. The room includes brick columns, red leather sofas and floor-to-ceiling curtains, and it uses coloured uplighting to alter the ambience.
Features: A PA system and speakers are installed, and the venue permits own music and external DJs. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided. Fixed floor space creates a clear area for dancing, buffet or catering stations can be arranged along one side, and cocktail-height tables are available for standing receptions.

House Rules
We want you to have a great event while keeping the space in top condition for everyone. Please review the following:
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue
• No nails, screws, staples, or tape on walls, ceilings, or fixtures
• All decorations must be freestanding or approved in advance
• No open flames (candles must be enclosed if permitted)
• No confetti, glitter, or materials that are difficult to clean
• Outside catering is allowed, but all food and garbage must be cleaned up after your event
• Please respect booking times (including setup and teardown)
• Music is allowed, but must be kept at a reasonable level to respect neighbors
• No illegal activities or underage drinking
• Furniture and tables must be returned to their original positions after use
• All damages must be reported immediately
Damage Deposit:
A $500 damage deposit is required and will be fully refunded after the event, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or rule violations.
We aim to keep things simple and flexible—if you have something specific in mind, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
