About this space
The space works comfortably for around 20 to 60 guests, with table layouts you can adjust depending on how you want things set up.
There’s also a dedicated dance floor area, plus lighting you can tweak, with optional drapery and décor if you want to shape the atmosphere a bit more. Overall, it’s a flexible setup that’s easy to adapt to your event.
We have a fully equipped kitchen on-site, including a stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, making catering and food prep simple and convenient. The space also includes a washroom with two stalls for guests.
Access is easy with a ground-level entrance, no stairs or elevators to worry about which makes loading in and welcoming guests easy. There is also ample parking available both at the front and rear of the building, so your guests won’t have to stress about finding a spot.

House Rules
We want you to have a great event while keeping the space in top condition for everyone. Please review the following:
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue
• No nails, screws, staples, or tape on walls, ceilings, or fixtures
• All decorations must be freestanding or approved in advance
• No open flames (candles must be enclosed if permitted)
• No confetti, glitter, or materials that are difficult to clean
• Outside catering is allowed, but all food and garbage must be cleaned up after your event
• Please respect booking times (including setup and teardown)
• Music is allowed, but must be kept at a reasonable level to respect neighbors
• No illegal activities or underage drinking
• Furniture and tables must be returned to their original positions after use
• All damages must be reported immediately
Damage Deposit:
A $500 damage deposit is required and will be fully refunded after the event, provided there are no damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or rule violations.
We aim to keep things simple and flexible—if you have something specific in mind, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
