About this space
Entire 4th-floor game room in downtown Montreal: 12,000 sq ft for up to 500 guests.
Included with the room: pool tables, ping-pong, foosball, arcade machines and karaoke, lounge sofas already in place, and a full bar run by our team (outside drinks are not allowed).
Ideal for 5 a 7s, student nights, birthdays, team building, holiday parties, product launches and social events. The layout can be adapted to your concept, and extra chairs and rectangular tables are available on request.
Each booking day includes 8 hours of access. Standard booking hours are 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.; hours outside this window are possible at an extra charge. The floor closes at midnight, no exceptions.
Food: bring your own caterer or food (no cooking on site, chafing dishes allowed), or ask us to put you in touch with our partner caterer. Slides, bouncy castles and similar children's installations are not allowed.
Parking: 30 spots in the lot next to the building, $15 per day, first come first served.
Prices include taxes and vary by date, number of guests and options. Extra services (staff, furniture, parking, promotion) can be added. Communication in English or French.

• No smoking or vaping inside the building
• Maximum 500 people in the room at any one time; emergency exits kept clear at all times
• No cooking on site (chafing dishes allowed); no outside drinks on the 4th floor, where our team runs the bar
• Own alcohol allowed on the 6th floor only, with a RACJ reunion permit
• No confetti, glitter, wax, foam or fog machines; decorations attached without nails, screws, staples or damaging adhesive
• No slides, bouncy castles or similar children's installations
• Leave the space at the agreed end time: late departures are billed $150 per hour, prorated
• Damage or extra cleaning will result in extra charges
• Liability insurance is required for events ending after 10 p.m. with more than 100 guests
