Forfait soirée vendredi ou samedi : 2 500 $ tout inclus (tables, chaises Napoleon, système de son professionnel, éclairagiste, accès exclusif au complexe). Un minimum de 40 personnes est requis. Smoking is prohibited inside the building.
Any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment will be charged to the client.
The client is responsible for their guests and for respecting the premises.
Music must stop at 2:00 AM.
A minimum of 40 guests is required for evening events.
Corkage fees apply if the client brings their own alcohol.
The venue must be vacated at the agreed time. Additional fees apply for overtime.
A $150 cleaning fee is included in the booking.
It is strictly forbidden to make holes or drill into walls to install decorations.
The use of adhesive tape on walls, floors, or equipment is prohibited.
Confetti is strictly prohibited throughout the entire venue.
