About this space

This versatile event venue can accommodate up to 200 guests for dance events, 150 guests for cocktail receptions, and 120 guests for seated conferences and presentations.

Measuring 98 x 25 feet, the space is suitable for conferences, corporate events, private parties, birthdays, and other special occasions. The flexible layout can be adapted to suit a variety of event formats.

Amenities include two bars, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, AV equipment, and seven restrooms.

To simplify your event planning process, we can provide a list of experienced external caterers who have previously collaborated with us. These trusted partners can accommodate a wide range of culinary needs and contribute to the success of your reception.

Host rules

• The tenant agrees to use the premises in accordance with all legal provisions including, without limitation, municipal and provincial laws and ordinances as well as regulations concerning fires, hygiene measures and police forces. It is therefore strictly forbidden to smoke in the premises and within nine meters of their access. The tenant agrees to ensure that this ban is respected by any person on the premises during their activity. Smoking inside is strictly forbidden under pain of penalty and we reserve the right to force people out if they smoke with no return of rental fees.
• The tenant who wishes to sell or serve alcoholic beverages must comply with the Law of La Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec (RACJ) and agrees to obtain the permit. It is also strictly forbidden to drink outside the building. The tenant agrees to ensure that is respected by any person on the premises during their activity.
• It is strictly forbidden to use confetti, foams or chemicals or dangerous on the premises.
• Do not tap anything on the walls as this will remove the paint.
• It is forbidden to use premises other than the one or those which are rented. The landlord reserves the right to refuse any rental for activities deemed inappropriate.
• The person in charge of this contract must be over 21 years old. No minors may be accepted if there is sale or service of alcohol.
• In addition to the basic rate, the tenant must add the use of our security service depending the type of the event. The security must be paid before the event. Security can end any event at any time if they judge that the rules are not respected (without refund possible).
• The tenant must ensure that the people stay in the space that is allowed and rent by the tenant.
• The tenant must ensure that the doors are closed when they leave.
• The basic maintenance carried out by the tenant will be to clean the tables, empty the premises of all personal effects and put all the trashes in the bins.
