Prices
Silver: Includes tables, chairs, Bluetooth sound system, microphone, LED lighting, projector/Smart TV, kitchen access, mobile bar, free Wi-Fi, and parking. Setup and breakdown are optional for an additional fee. Pricing varies by day: $1,333 on Saturdays, $1,222 on Fridays, $1,111 on Sundays, and $925 from Monday to Thursday.
Gold: Adds tablecloths, chair covers, backdrop, and includes setup and breakdown. Priced at $1,777 for 50 guests; custom quotes are available for larger groups.
Diamond: Further includes table runners, chair sashes, up-lighting, charger plates, dinnerware, centerpieces, custom cake/desserts, party favors, and a digital event flyer. Priced at $3,000 for 50 guests; custom quotes are available for larger groups.
Full-Day Rental: Available from 8 am to 4 am at $1,900 on Saturdays, $1,800 on Fridays, and $1,600 on Sundays.
All packages are based on 50 guests (more can be added with a custom quote) and include 4 hours (plus 1-2 hrs. for set up & 1 hr. for breakdown = 7 hrs. in total)

Host rules
- Rental time includes setup and breakdown unless agreed otherwise.
- Extra $100 charge if event exceeds time without approval (except for Flat Rate All-Day bookings).
- Client must remove all personal property, trash, and empty garbage cans into the Blue bin outside.
- Cleaning fee covers standard sanitization, but $50-$100 extra charge if trash/belongings are left behind or if garbage is outside venue/parking lot.
- Client is responsible for damages, legal issues, and business losses caused by them or their guests.
- No glitter, confetti, candles, hookah, smoke, or fire (except cake candles) unless approved. No decorations on emergency sprinklers. $200 fine for violations.
- Client must be of legal age or have a parent/guardian approve the rental.
- Provider is not responsible for any legal violations by Client or guests, including underage drinking.
- Alcohol can be served without a permit for under 200 guests. Selling alcohol or public events with alcohol require a permit. Apply at least 14 business days in advance: [RACJ Permit](https://www.racj.gouv.qc.ca/en/forms-and-publications/forms/alcohol/reunion-permits.html).
- Client must ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and is responsible for any related fines.
- All items/decorations must be removed by the end of rental time unless otherwise agreed. $50-$100 fee if items are left behind.
