With 24/7 roller door access and dedicated truck access for the sole use of the ground floor workshop, our space is tailor-made for artists and makers who work with large or noisy equipment and require ample room to move and create.
Expect to find smooth concrete floors, abundant natural light from skylights and back windows, and eco-friendly features such as solar power, rainwater collection, and composting. Shared amenities include a communal kitchen and toilet with the upstairs studio occupant.
Nestled in the privacy of the back of a factory lot, with immediate truck access to the roller door. We are just 15 minutes drive north of the city centre and conveniently located near Bunnings. Workshop as 2 carparks right outside or ample off street parking. Backs onto the Darebin bike path. 10min walk to train station or bus stop.
