About this space

Outdoor Area is a private outdoor space at OAR centred on an open-air terrace with direct waterfront views.

Design: The terrace sits on a brick-paved forecourt beneath cream tensioned shade sails, edged by short hedging and a small lawn. A glass-fronted façade and clean-lined structural details create an informal, practical appearance.

Features: The space includes outdoor tables and metal seating, a step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets nearby. The area benefits from abundant natural light and level paving suitable for easy circulation.

Ideal for: Friends and colleagues looking for an informal, open-air layout for casual seated dining or standing socialising.

What guests say: The outdoor area is relaxed and welcoming. The seating includes firm metal chairs that can be uncomfortable without cushions.
