About this space

The 10 x 17 m double-brick warehouse in West Hobart features an open-plan floor, Oregon timber roof trusses and a heated concrete slab. The space retains its original industrial character and can accommodate up to 60 guests for exhibitions, workshops, product launches, talks, photography and filming, long-table dinners and small performances.

The venue includes an open loft with a bed, a kitchenette with a fridge, bathroom and toilet facilities, lounge seating for approximately 20 guests, a sound system and a range of lighting options. Outdoor space is available for a food truck or additional amenities.

There is no on-site bar, catering, stage or AV screen. Hirers can bring in their own equipment and suppliers, with local supplier recommendations available.
