Full concert staging, end-stage curtains, 20-metres ceiling height, and roof capacity for a 30 tonnes rigging and production are furnished for the area. Backstage-laden by a direct vehicle entrance for semi-trailers of 4.2 metres in height, these trucks can offload directly behind the stage, making large builds and event logistics simply.
Depending on need, with liquid parking onsite and infinite layout options that scale the room, Atlantisite provides practical features and creative freedom for event planners to work with.
In the kitchen, world-class culinary affairs are produced. Executive Chef Oliver Mellers, who has spent time working in his family restaurants in Hobart before moving to the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants in London, including that of Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck, heads MyState Bank Arena. Oliver has a vast knowledge of French cuisine, meat, seafood, and pastry, and his style is to create elegant and memorable menus for any occasion.
