About this space

Our Cellar Door is simply stunning.

Built on the side of Daniel’s Hill and, at an elevation of approximately 200 metres, it commands breathtaking views of the vineyard, Yarra Valley, Dandenong and Warburton Ranges.

The Cellar Door itself was designed and built by Ron Phelan. It is an elegant, spacious and light-filled room bounded by enormous floor to ceiling windows to the north and south. The vaulted 13-metre ceiling is capped with a striking clear glass prism. Tastings are held at the bar.

In summer, all estate and award-winning wines and local cheeses may be enjoyed on the large multi-level deck (by the glass or bottle). In winter, a roaring log fire warms the heart and soul.

The Cellar Door is framed by two picturesque towers, which are available as accommodation for a romantic getaway.

If you are not completely swept away by the Cellar Door and the views, it’s likely you don’t have a heartbeat!
