About this space
Exclusive hire gives your group private use of both Kelp Bar and Mures Upper Deck. Guests can start with drinks and canapés at Kelp Bar before moving into the Upper Deck for dining, speeches, and the main celebration.
The booking includes access from 9am for setup and styling, with use of the venue until midnight. A microphone, lectern, speaker, large screen, background music, and a private children’s room are included. DJs, live music, and acoustic performers can also be included from 8pm onwards.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue.
• No alterations may be made to the building, fittings or furnishings. Any damage may result in additional charges.
• Dry ice, fog machines, smoke machines and open flames are not permitted. Candles require prior approval.
• Confetti, glitter, rice, fake petals or similar materials are not permitted unless approved in advance.
• All decorations, signage, personal items and styling materials must be removed at the conclusion of the event within the agreed access period.
• All external suppliers and entertainment providers must be approved by Mures Upper Deck prior to the event.
• The client is responsible for ensuring all external suppliers comply with venue requirements, access times and safety procedures.
• External suppliers are responsible for the setup, operation and removal of their equipment and belongings within the agreed access period.
• Mures Upper Deck reserves the right to refuse or restrict any supplier, equipment or activity that presents a safety, operational or venue risk.
• External services are arranged at the client’s own cost and responsibility.
• External food and beverages, including BYO alcohol, are not permitted without prior written approval and may be subject to applicable fees or conditions.
• All events must comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements and Mures Upper Deck venue policies.
• Mures Upper Deck practises Responsible Service of Alcohol and will not serve alcohol to intoxicated guests, persons under the legal drinking age, or where service would breach liquor licensing requirements.
• Mures Upper Deck reserves the right to request that sound levels be reduced where reasonably required.
