- 180g Salmon Steak Grilled - lightly seared and served with a lemon beurre blanc sauce accompanied with a sweet pomme anna
- 200g Fillet Mignon - cooked medium with a red wine jus, served on garlic mash
- Roasted Chicken Roulade - served with a chasseur sauce and dauphine potato
- Vegetable Strudel - mediterranean vegetables wrapped in filo pastry served with a tomato and herb sauce with falafel rosti
