• No smoking inside the space.
• Damage to the space, furniture or props will result in additional charges.
• The space must be left in the same condition as found.
• BYO alcohol permitted — no glass on the studio floor.
• No confetti, glitter or substances that are difficult to clean.
• All hired equipment and items must be removed at the end of the booking.
• The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
• Bookings must end at the agreed time. Overtime is charged at the standard hourly rate.
