The staff were fantastic. So friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this venue, it has the wow factor for sure

The cocktails were fantastic, the private bartender was exceptional, the overall service was outstanding.

The fire alarm did go off during our event, without clear instructions for the elderly/post op family member, they had to walk down 23 flights of stairs to then be told its fine but not given clear instructions on what to do next/where to go. We raised this and discussed it with the event manager who compensated us on behalf of our guests inconvenience. Great service and i would definitely recommend.

There was no contact I am looking to book a wedding reception venue and this is very off putting
