Maria made my booking so easy. She was really accommodating and friendly. The staff at The King's Head Members Club was also very lovely and left us alone to shoot!

An incredibly professional management team runs the show at the King's Head Members Club in London. We couldn't have imagined a place more unique and authentic to shoot the launch of our fashion brands champaign! They were accommodating and helped us change the dates of our shoot! Thank you so much! We look forward to being in touch again soon!

Howard was compotent, friendly and reactive look of the venue was great

The original contact at the venue (Pietra) agreed an original price for hire and also sent me an invoice. Unbeknownst to me, closer to the time of the event Pietra left and Hind took over, they contacted me with little to no knowledge of the event or set up and also tried to increase the hire cost to £800 - this was after we had already set out budt and ticket pricing. I refused to pay £800 that close to the event. Hind tone across email came across quite rude, and I did not feel valued at all by the venue - more that our event was an inconvenience. They had an event booked upstairs in the polar bear room which I was not originally advised of, so it meant there was confusion with delegate arrivals and the other event guests eating out platters. Staff did not seem to know what was happening regarding their internal guest list system. They were also very loud and making a lot of noise behind the bar during our peformers set. This was compounded by the AV system (mic and 2 speakers) being extremely quiet, the loud dinner upstairs and the bar staff putting the dishwasher on! The food ordered did not match the share platter menu at all, and while there was a huge quantity (for only 20 guests), the quality was not good at all; veg crudites were not fresh, quite mushy, the seafood platter didnt include any salmon blinis, just plates of warm seafood mix. I would appreciate someone contact me regarding the venue hire as I am not happy with the outcome at all and would like feedback and offer of some refund for the catering.

About The King's Head Members Club

The venue was founded in March 2013 as a private members club in the heart of East London, the creative capital of our city.

Concealed beneath the facade of a derelict public house, it provides our members a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Inside guests will find an array of unique spaces. The club is home to a sumptuous lounge bar, decadent restaurant, hidden night club, and multiple floors of fantastic private rooms.

Our opening days and times are flexible but we know have a strict 10pm close
