Lovely pub, great location and nice food. Overall I had a great birthday party

My order was for “half the upstairs bar” or 50 people, when we arrived we had 4 tables in the corner and roughly a quarter of the upstairs, which was already super busy. I spoke to staff who apologised and gave me another large table. We were still unfortunately very crowded and surrounding a couple of 2 who weren’t in our group, so I wasn’t massively impressed with the layout. The downstairs toilet was overflowing and leaking all over the floor, people in my group referred to it as “a swimming pool”
