Unfortunately the communication went downhill after a great start. Calling through to the office was unsuccessful and when I did speak with someone, I was told to expect an email to avoid us missing each other on the telephone. The email never arrived nor was any of mine replied to and none of my calls were answered subsequently. Gutted!
