This is a great pub and the staff is really helpful and friendly.
The primrose lounge looks a bit small for 60 people, and has no AC, and can be quite hot in summer time.

Great space and the staff were so helpful. They let us put a soft play and have an entertainer for my 3 year olds birthday party. Really good food and the chef was very accommodating. 10/10

Beautiful venue. Very accommodating. Accessible. Clean facilities. Good food. Great staff. Had a few hiccups (food order mix up & technical glitches with tv/music) but the staff were so helpful in finding solutions, so it wasn’t too big a deal. Eg: The room was quite hot (radiator was on & there’s no A/C) but the staff brought out a massive fan for the room, so I was happy. Had a great night & several of us attending said we’d likely hire the room for future events.
The only real disappointment is that the live band playing that night were on for a lot longer than we were told at the time of booking. We went to the venue prior to the party & were told the band would be on for 1-2 hours (with an interval halfway) but ended up playing til 11:30pm & the venue closes at 12am). While this isn’t a terrible thing, one of the main reasons i chose the venue was so we could play our own music. The band were too loud to continue our playlist. So between the initial technical issues & the live band playing most of the night, we got around 2 hours to play our music, which isn’t ideal considering a lot of effort was put into it. It would be great if the opening hours were extended, at least for the weekend. It’s a really venue, but closing at midnight on a Saturday feels a little too early, especially for Camden.
