Beautiful venue. Very accommodating. Accessible. Clean facilities. Good food. Great staff. Had a few hiccups (food order mix up & technical glitches with tv/music) but the staff were so helpful in finding solutions, so it wasn’t too big a deal. Eg: The room was quite hot (radiator was on & there’s no A/C) but the staff brought out a massive fan for the room, so I was happy.
Had a great night & several of us attending said we’d likely hire the room for future events.
The only real disappointment is that the live band playing that night were on for a lot longer than we were told at the time of booking. We went to the venue prior to the party & were told the band would be on for 1-2 hours (with an interval halfway) but ended up playing til 11:30pm & the venue closes at 12am). While this isn’t a terrible thing, one of the main reasons i chose the venue was so we could play our own music. The band were too loud to continue our playlist. So between the initial technical issues & the live band playing most of the night, we got around 2 hours to play our music, which isn’t ideal considering a lot of effort was put into it.
It would be great if the opening hours were extended, at least for the weekend. It’s a really venue, but closing at midnight on a Saturday feels a little too early, especially for Camden.

Great venue with a private area at the back which lets you have your own space but still feel the vibe of the whole venue. All the Santa’s were friendly and helpful and great pizzas
