December 2023

Good location, easy to find and very clean. Plenty of refreshments provided.

The man on reception was so unhelpful and rude. There was a fire drill about to happen when we arrived and he was rude to my colleague when she asked if she had time to use the toilet. We weren't given passes to enter the building and each time we left and asked to come back in we were met with hostility and treated as though we were a nuisance despite paying nearly £700 to rent a room for the day. The fire drill was also very poorly organised, the fire marshall gave us next to no information about where to go and what was going on. Visitors beware if there is actually a real fire because you will be left to fend for yourself.

Despite flagging up in advance to expect to receive delivery of lunch which I had ordered for our Board these were given to another meeting by mistake. With each enquiry I made the response was 'the lunch was not delivered' and the true position was only admitted late in the afternoon. It was hugely disappointing and frustrating.

Quick response and helpful.
