Great welcome and friendly staff. Well decorated rooms with lots of natural light.
Didn't open until 9am
Space was clean and well kept. Chair were comfortable and it was easy to access coffee, tea and water from the main area.
It would have been really helpful to have a longer HDMI cable to attach to the screen!

Lots of confusion about the room. We originally booked Meeting Room 2 for the whole day at Regent Street then were told that there was essential maintenance happenning at 3pm so asked if we could relocate to Mayfair office after lunch. When we arrived we were told on site that we were in Meeting Room 1 and would not need to relocate. At 3:30 we were told our "time was up" and then told "yes, there was a space at Mayfair for us". We had 15 mins to get to Mayfair for a very important call with 20+ people - and the HDMI cable did not work in the Mayfair room. Meanwhile there did not appear to be any essential maintenance happenning in Meeting Room 2, just another meeting. So... great venues, generally helpful staff, but a poor experience based on the above.
