This 15,000 square foot studio located in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene/Clinton Hills neighborhood. The facility is conveniently located 5 minutes from both the Manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, 20 minutes from Laguardia Airport and 25 minutes from Kennedy Airport.
The Studios can be accessed via the A, C or G train. Salient features include, Studio 3 a natural daylight studio with three commercial grade skylights; Studio 2 - 3,746 sf, ideal for party/bar scenes, Studio 1 – 3,488 sf cavernous with exposed brick and roll-up gate for drive in. The Studio offers onsite parking, open floor plans, 14-16 foot ceilings, 3-phase electric, showers, makeup room and office with internet/phone service.
