Bright, open, and adaptable, our Multipurpose Room is perfect for workshops, rehearsals, meetings, small performances, and creative gatherings. The space features WiFi, a TV/projector, Bluetooth speakers, blackout curtains, a large mirror (with optional curtain cover), and foldable furniture to suit your setup.

*Setup and wrap-up time must be included in the booking.
*Renters are responsible for their own setup. FC staff do not handle setup, though we’re happy to assist if someone from our team is available at that time.

The booking is secured once:
1. The rental agreement is signed
2. Payment is completed
3. all activities—including check-in—will need to take place inside the room with the door closed

Welcome to FiDi Creatives! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all renters and guests, please review and adhere to the following rental rules.
1. Booking & Payment
• Additional time beyond the agreed rental period will be subject to overtime fees.
• Grace period is 5 min. Event extended beyond then scheduled time will be charged with 30min incremental.
2. Event Capacity & Safety
• Please follow Max capacity —no exceptions.
• The renter is responsible for ensuring all guests follow fire safety and emergency exit protocols.
• Open flames, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
3. Setup & Breakdown
• Setup and breakdown time MUST be included in your rental period.
• Please wait in the lobby til 5min to your rental time starts
• Renters are responsible for arranging their own décor, equipment, and furniture placement.
• All rented items and decorations must be removed and return the space to it’s original form at the end of the event.
4. Clean-Up & Trash Disposal
• The space must be left in the same condition as it was received.
• All trash must be properly disposed of in designated bins. A cleaning fee may apply when food/drink involves.
5. Alcohol & Catering
• Alcohol service requires prior approval.
• Outside catering is permitted, but renters must ensure all food waste is cleaned up.
6. Liability & Insurance
• Renters are responsible for the behavior of their guests and any damages incurred.
• Depending on the event type, proof of liability insurance may be required.
7. Additional Rules & Compliance
• FiDi Creatives reserves the right to terminate any event that violates these rules without a refund.
• Renters must comply with all city regulations, venue policies, and staff instructions.
