Assembly Hall at Stanley Arts
About this space
The Assembly Hall is a charming space at the bottom end of the Stanley Arts complex. Light and welcoming, it serves as a wonderful rehearsal and workshop space during the day and can also be used as a wonderful event space for parties, small-scale performances, and intimate gigs.
With recent investments in both the lighting and sound infrastructure in the Assembly, supported in part by Croydon Music City, we are well-equipped to support mid-scale music, dance, comedy, and theatre events.
Additional funding from the Arts Council and National Lottery Community Fund has allowed us to equip the Assembly as a streaming studio to help hirers get online content out to their subscribers. The four-camera setup in the Assembly, integrated sound system, and the dedicated data stream to the building mean that streams are of a consistently high quality.
