Host rules

- Ensure all personal belongings are taken with you when you leave. Create Destroy Studios is not liable for any items that are lost, left behind, or damaged.
- Mutual respect is essential in interactions with others in our studios. As a community of artists, courtesy and professionalism are key.

Liability Waiver: By booking and/or using the facilities of Create Destroy Studios, you acknowledge and agree that Create Destroy Studios, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, death, or property damage occurring on the premises. You assume full responsibility for your own safety and release Create Destroy Studios from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your participation in activities within the studio.

Damage Responsibility: You agree to take full responsibility for any damage caused to the facilities, equipment, or property of Create Destroy Studios during your booking slot. You will be held financially liable for the cost of any repairs or replacements necessary to restore the damaged property to its original condition.
