A narrow rectangular meeting room fitted with dark wood modular tables arranged for discussion, upholstered grey chairs, panelled neutral walls and carpet. Soft recessed ceiling lights provide even, task-friendly illumination.

Room features: The suite provides a ceiling projector, a large flatscreen TV and a PA system with speakers, together with conference-call facilities for remote participants. A whiteboard, flipchart and air-conditioning support facilitator-led work and longer sessions.
