Beautiful photography studio of 820sqft with a built in infinity cove, high ceilings and exposed brick located close to reception on the ground floor. It has its own storage and a lovely private kitchen area built into the space.

Your booking will also include a number of lightstands, polyboards and stands, sandbags, digi table and chair, industrial fan.

Cancellation policy

Standard 60 day with Grace Period

Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations for events starting within 30 days are non-refundable.

Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 1 months from the original date, at no cost.

Rules of the space

Dot Athena Studios will insure the Studios and Equipment against all normal insurable risks but not further or otherwise. The Customer must effect its own insurance cover against consequential loss of profit and other Risks and must effect its own cover against loss, damage or theft of any of its own equipment brought onto the studio. Under no circumstances will Dot Athena Studios entertain any claims arising out of any failure of the Customer to effect its own insurance cover. The Customer must ensure that their Public Liability insurance is operative for all persons in the studio during the hours of use to cover any accident, injury or death.

These Conditions constitute the entire contract and may not be varied otherwise than in writing signed by a duly authorized signatory on behalf of Dot Athena Studios.

Full details of the Dot Athena Studios services and charge rates are set out in the Dot Athena Studios Hire Price Lists which may be varied by Dot Athena Studios without notice.

Nothing in these Conditions is intended to exclude restrict or modify liability on the part of Dot Athena Studios resulting from negligence or otherwise unless permitted by Statute.

The Customer is responsible for any breakages, loss or damage occasioned to the Equipment or the Studio caused by or arising from the Customer use thereof or by any servant agent employee or sub-contractor of the Customer.

Any discounts offered on Dot Athena Studios hires are exclusive. They cannot be combined. Except for company wide or pre-agreed discounts, the higher discount will always be applied. In the case of special offers these must be requested at time of booking, and will not automatically be applied.

Studio Hire

The Studio is available for daily use for either half or full day.

The Studio may be provisionally booked by telephone or via email and the booking should be confirmed within 24 hours. The Customer will be further required to sign a Studio & Equipment Hire Form which is bind

A well laid out and stocked studio, with a very helpful lighting assistant. I’ve used the studio twice now and been really pleased with the experience and service each time!
