Rules of the space

For ticketed live music events: Under 18s must leave the venue by 11pm; under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult, under 14s must be accompanied by an adult and both the adult and child must purchase a seated ticket.
AXS will hold a 60% allocation of tickets to distribute via their hotline and website. Should you wish to distribute a portion of this 60% yourself a charge will be applied. Please note the booking fee applied to your tickets will include a £1 facility fee. If you wish to take full control of all 100% of tickets a £1,500 + VAT buyout fee is applicable along with £1.25 for every ticket printed and given to you to distribute.
Please note that whilst Venue Management and Technical Support are included, indigo at the O2 is not a production company. The Venue Manager and Technical Support are provided to maintain venue operations and provide support for the house equipment listed in the technical bible attached. Venue Managers/Technical Managers will facilitate site meetings with clients and 3rd parties and advise on possible solutions regarding the venue. Their main role is to help your event run smoothly and safely on the day. Please research and contract your own separate production company if required. Please note that indigo at the O2 is not responsible for any additional services or equipment required by the event.

The venue has the flexibility to change from 1597 theatre style seats to a private dining space for up to 540 guests.
