Our flagship studio, nestled between trendy Bermondsey and artistic Peckham, adjacent to the spacious Burgess Park, is a versatile multipurpose space. It has been used for film productions, photoshoots, workshops, corporate off-sites, art exhibitions, podcasts, and more. If you're looking for a birthday or other party space, we are not the right space for your booking.
Our Studio offers an initial setup with a lounge/lifestyle area, an infinity cove portrait photo section, and a dining/creative office workspace zone. However, the space is highly adaptable and can be transformed into a blank canvas tailored to your project's specific requirements.
The studio boasts a retro designer aesthetic with aspirational vibes and comes fully furnished, including soft furnishings, making it suitable for both creative and professional settings.
Key details include its tranquil ambiance, step-free ground floor accessibility with wheelchair access, ample natural light, customizable overhead rail lighting, and blackout options.
Our studio has a shoot capacity of 20 and can accommodate 30 guests.
Standard amenities encompass private secure 5G Wifi, workspace, foldable seating, softbox lighting, clothing rail with hangers, iron and garment steamer, tripod, film/photo backdrops, greenscreen, drinks fridge, coffee machine, kitchenette with a microwave, SONOS surround sound, Bluetooth speaker, record player with vinyl collection, dining utensils, TV monitor with wireless ROKU screen mirroring, projector/screen, and a Polaroid camera.
On-site parking, nearby cafes, restaurants, and green spaces complete the experience.

The space is luxurious. Its not just an empty room they’ve made it both cozy and airy. The people handling the bookings are also lovely they offered to help with everything to do with my set. Really nice!
Our experience at Studio 16, Cornerstone Studios, was phenomenal! Ben and David, the hosts, were incredibly friendly communicative and accommodating throughout the entire booking process. They ensured all our queries were promptly addressed, making the party planning seamless. The studio's contemporary setup, well maintained and inviting; enhanced the overall ambience. About Burgess Park Studio
The studio is a multipurpose, stylishly furnished film, photo and lifestyle studio with abundant natural light, adjustable overhead rail lighting for more bespoke options, as well as various amenities.
The studio has a large lounge area which can be used for a multitude of different activities, including film productions, interviews, podcasts, classes, workshops, content creation, presentations, discussions, brainstorm sessions, team off-sites / away days / general remote work meetings, etc.
The studio has a designer, aspirational feel and is fully furnished, both large and soft furnishings. We have sought to foster a creative, artistic feel in the studio, but it also works well for more professional / business looks.
There is ample space for up to approximately 25 guests. Permanently in the space we have individual seating for up to twenty guests (not including the sofa and armchairs), and can arrange for additional seating for your activity if required.
Our studio is designed to be flexible and mobile, and so it would for example be possible to move furniture to give you more of a blank canvas to work with. We are also able to also assist with dressing the space or assisting you to refit it for your project needs.
There is abundant natural light in the space from North-facing windows. In addition, there is very flexible, adjustable overhead rail lighting, which can be controlled via dimmer switch. There are blackout curtains on each of the light sources should you wish to create a darker environment, full blackout or simply have more control of your lighting via studio lights
