About this space
Full film studio including a YouTube/podcast set, green screen, white screen, black screen and two soundproof podcast booths for recording and editing content.
Studio in use Monday-Friday 9-6 but can be hired outside of those hours and flexibly on the weekend.
Equipment is not included.
Note: our coffee shop Ground Floor Coffee operates everyday and the customer toilets are downstairs in the basement as well.

About Dream Factory
A split level multi-functional event Space with street-level access and basement studios in the heart of Shoreditch.
Dream Factory’s iconic street level floor has an in-your-face neon sign along with a bar, stage, sofas and raised seating & tables. The Space is totally versatile and is the perfect spot for a range of events from launch parties, live music, talks and panels & creative sessions.
Downstairs in the basement we have two podcast booths, a talkshow style studio set up for filming along with retractable green & white screens.
