Cancellations 14 days in advance from event start time will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 14 days are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 3 months from the original date, at no cost.

Rules of the space
No smoking in the building or outside the main entrances to buildings 1-5 Cromwell Place.
No alcohol is allowed after 11pm, unless an TEN application is submitted.
