About this space
This charming and purpose-built studio is the ideal conduit for creative encounters, just a stone’s throw from Broadway Market. This former warehouse has been completely transformed into a quirky and colourful hub, whilst maintaining a core of original features such as its exposed brick walls and industrial windows.
The studio is a great location for building relationships with like-minded peers and gain inspiration from workshops and brainstorms. The various meeting and lounge areas allow organisers to adapt the space in many different ways, and there are dedicated work spaces for hair stylists, makeup artists and photographers – making it the ideal backdrop for photo shoots and video productions. There is even a small terrace, looking over regents canal.

Host rules
1. The hirer must have valid Public liability Insurance.
2. If any payments, balance or funds are not paid in the time agreed to under terms and conditions, O’Gorman and Stanford Limited reserves the right to cancel the booking without any liability or consequences.
3. Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
4. In regards to food, only warmers are allowed inside the premises so please work with your caterer to set out an appropriate menu.
5. It is also suggested a relevant First Aid person is assigned for any event. A first aid kit is available at the venue.
6. BYO Alcohol is permitted for any personal private event, if you wish to sell alcohol you will be required to apply for a temporary events license as required. Your caterer may also hold their own license.
7. The hirer is responsible for the catering rubbish, food waste etc at the conclusion of the event. To ensure a professional standard O'Gorman and Stanford will engage a professional cleaner at a cost between £60 and £100, which will commence on the premises after all rubbish are disposed of. Any extensive cleaning will incur Additional charges. Rubbish disposal will have a charge of £40.
8. The floor is treated and painted concrete so to avoid any scratches lift and don't drag. For soiling deemed excessive or to remove any unwanted items/refuse a £300 fee will apply.
9. O’Gorman and Stanford reserves the right to evict any person or SHUT DOWN the event if any of the following infringements occur:
a) Violent or abusive behaviour by guests towards staff or other guests
b) Damage to property
c) Any Alcohol license infringements
d) Deliberate disregard to Security Guard instructions
e) Conducting any activities deemed illegal.
10. Naked flames must be in glass jar or container. No exposed flames are permitted
11. The venue must not be sublet or used for any other activity other than for the purpose stated in the booking form.
