The Chapel Bar has been lovingly restored to provide an elegant, hospitable and comfortable environment and is the perfect bar hire venue for private dining & private events, serving great food and drinks.

With more than 15 years of experience, The Chapel Bar has become a popular venue hire for private events. The versatility of The Saloon and The Terrace Room allows The Chapel Bar to accommodate a variety of events, for bar hire from birthdays and anniversaries to summer-parties and christenings.

Event offers and packages

Saloon Bar and Dance floor exclusive hire will require a minimum spend of £6000 with a hire fee of £800.
Terrace bar exclusive hire will require a minimum spend of £3900 with a hire fee of £200.
To hire both floors exclusively from the time of arrival until 2am will require a minimum spend of £9900 and a hire fee of £1000

Food

£35 per person

Cost per head of food starts at £35.00 for a buffet and from £45.00 for a three course a la cart option, we can also provide canapés or finger food on arrival and snacks for the evening.
These menus are not cast in stone and should you wish to proceed with your booking we would design a menu to suit your budget and taste.
We also own a catering company so we are highly experienced in high quality catering on a large scale.

COVID 19 cancellation policy
Any event booked that cannot proceed due to COVID restrictions or a new lockdown will be either postponed or refunded in full (subject to a 5% processing fee).

Normal cancellation policy

Once the contract has been signed, cancelling the booking will incur a cancellation fee.

In the case of cancellation for any reason within 3 to 6 months of the event date, the customer will be liable for 50% of either minimum spend or total event value (whichever the greater); including food, drink, DJs etc. Hire fees and deposits are not refundable in case of cancellations and will not be considered part payment.
