Located on the ground floor, The Burdett Suite is a self-contained, flexible and versatile event space which can be tailored to your every need. The quality and high specification of the facilities will make your life, and those of your presenters and audience, easier and more enjoyable on the day. It is located to the immediate right of our main entrance by Dean’s Mews with its own entrance, registration/welcome area, catering space and exhibition space and courtyard. The suite is completely private and can be used for conferences, exhibitions, corporate receptions and product launches.
Features include natural day light, LED lighting, PA system, recording and streaming facilities, staging and 500 MB wifi.

Rules of the space
We allowing any clients that have events scheduled to take place between now and the end of June to postpone up until the end of March 2021. Please be aware if the event hasn't taken place before the end of February the T&C`s from the original signed T&C`s. If you have any queries regarding the current situation please don`t hesitate to get in touch with one of the team.
7.1 The Hirer may cancel any booking prior to the Event Date provided that the Hirer notifies KEHF in writing and immediately pays KEHF (and KEHF will be entitled to set-off the Deposit against) a cancellation fee together with any and all other costs incurred by KEHF either on the Hirer’s behalf or otherwise in respect of the Event (including any food and beverage costs). The cancellation fee shall be levied as follows, as applicable:
(a) 25% of the Hire Charges if the booking is cancelled within 124 working days prior to the Event Date; then
(b) 50% of the Hire Charges if the booking is cancelled within 93 working days prior to the Event Date; then
(c) 75% of the Hire Charges if the booking is cancelled within 62 working days prior to the Event Date; then
(d) 100% of the Hire Charges if the booking is cancelled within 31 working days prior to the Event Date.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Hire Charges for these purposes comprise (as applicable) the total hire fee to be paid for the use of the Venue or the charges for the agreed minimum delegate numbers at the agreed daily delegate rate or package price per head.

Situated in the heart of London’s West End, No.11 Cavendish Square is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, which perfectly maintains its original features while combining them with an exquisite contemporary design.
The venue houses 20 event spaces spread across four floors with several large lecture theatres, evening spaces, breakout rooms, boardrooms and a light and airy Orangery and courtyard garden ideal for alfresco entertaining.
Its conference suites boast the latest AV technology and the event spaces are perfect for product launches, presentations, receptions, private dining and parties.
