Room features: High-speed Wi-Fi enables tethered shooting and fast file transfers. Step-free guest access and wheelchair-accessible circulation support crew and talent movement.
Best for: Commercial and editorial photography, fashion and portrait shoots, product stills and video production.
What sets it apart: A built-in PA system and speakers allow on-site audio playback for rehearsals, music cues or client previews.

Parking: All cars must park at the front of the car park, not in the main office area, as those spaces are reserved for other businesses.
Studio Condition: Return the studio exactly as you found it. Anything left behind will be disposed of, and additional cleaning fees may apply.
Infinity Wall Usage: The infinity wall is strictly for shooting only. Store all additional equipment elsewhere.
Floor Care: Avoid scratching the floor with heavy stands. Use tennis balls on the bottoms of all stands when using the infinity wall.
Operating Hours: The studio operates from 8 AM to 6 PM unless otherwise arranged. Additional hours will incur charges.
Waste Disposal: No additional waste is to be left behind; otherwise, extra charges will apply.
Equipment Packing: All rented equipment must be packed as it was provided.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Yes, you have 100% control over the lighting.
No, the space isn't ideal for sound: as a large space with hard surfaces, it echoes and is unfortunately next to a train track, although the train comes relatively infrequently (maybe every 45 mins) and the noise only lasts about 10 secs. We have filmed interviews many times in here ourselves and you can definitely make it work, but it is something important to note; you're welcome to view the space and hear the train before committing to anything.
