As part of its planned growth phase, The Dualway Group moved into Tourism Retail in 2013. Opening the first Dublin Visitor Centre in March 2013 (17 O’Connell Street) and the second retail unit in March 2014 (118 Grafton Street) this new business unit and its team of multilingual speakers provide friendly local information, quality sightseeing experiences and Irish gifts to those visiting Dublin from overseas or from around the country.
