Host rules

• Maximum capacity must not be exceeded.
• Event timings, including access and departure times, must be agreed in advance.
• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult where alcohol is being served.
• No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the venue.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless agreed in advance.
• Decorations are welcome but must be approved by the events team. Confetti, glitter, smoke machines, candles and pyrotechnics are not permitted.
• Live entertainment, DJs and amplified music are welcome and can be accommodated using our in-house stage and Bose sound system. Entertainment must be agreed in advance.
• All external AV, production or entertainment suppliers must be approved by the venue prior to the event.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue alcohol service to any guest who is intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
• Any damage caused to the venue, furnishings or memorabilia during the event may be charged to the organiser.
• Setup requirements, deliveries and collections should be arranged with the events team before the event date.
• Accessibility requirements can be discussed in advance to ensure the best possible experience for all guests.
