Begin with dinner in the Eating Rooms, gather for drinks in the pub or Cellar Bar, or host your celebration in the private Brown Butterfly Room, complete with its own bar. From office lunches and festive dinners to private corporate parties and late-night celebrations, M.J. Wright offers the atmosphere of a proper Dublin pub with the flexibility of a multi-level event venue.

The Brown Butterfly Private Function room is situated on the 2nd floor and available for private hire. It's perfect for parties, wedding receptions, drink celebrations, corporate functions and similar special occasions from 40 to 100 guests.

The space has a flexible layout, its own bar and a sound system. A projector screen is available on request. We also offer a range of food options, including a set menu, canapés and finger food.

The venue was really lovely and welcoming staff, very helpful and clean. They had music we could play ourselves and prosecco on arrival for guests which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to host events here.

Nothing from the venue itself. The iPod to play music from was quite old and hard to use (this could be something to look into for future!) but other than that everything was fantastic!
