A1 The Studio is a creative spot that can be used for recordings, shoots, and even small events. The main part of the area is a white cyclorama, studio lighting, and a lot of space to create sets or shoot content. The lounge area is very comfortable where the team can plan, review the footage, or rest in between the takes.
The venue comes with dressing room, props, clothing rack, and chill corner with sofas — which makes it easily available to get done and to stay comfortable in longer sessions. It has a friendly atmosphere and functional setup; thus, it is a wonderful place for photographers, videographers, brands, and creators to find a private area to realize their concepts.

🕒 Booking & Access
Your booking time includes setup and pack-down, so please arrive and leave within your scheduled hours.
Early entry or late departure may result in additional charges.
Please check in with a staff member upon arrival.
🎥 Studio Use
Treat all equipment, furniture, and props with care. You are responsible for any damage caused during your session.
No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
Use of confetti, glitter, powder, or smoke machines must be approved in advance.
Keep noise to a reasonable level — especially when recording audio or podcast content.
All lighting, cables, and backdrops must be returned to their original positions after use.
🍾 Food & Drink
Light snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted.
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol (BYOB) for private events — a corkage fee may apply.
No alcohol sales or distribution is permitted on-site.
🧹 Cleanliness & Respect
Please leave the space as you found it — dispose of all waste in the bins provided.
Any damages or excessive mess will incur a cleaning fee.
Be respectful of other guests and our neighbours when entering or leaving the premises.

Changing room and vanity mirror are available for makeup and styling.
Chill area (foosball, basketball hoop, darts) is available to all bookings — please use responsibly.

About A1 The Studio
A1 The Studio located at Ashbourne has been designed specifically for creative individuals who are in need of a space that is both practical and flexible. This 636 sq ft open floor area can be used for various purposes like photoshoots, video, music, podcasts, workshops, and small private events. The setup features an infinity wall and an audio area to let you glidingly switch between recording, shooting, and planning.
The studio is organized in a way that it can handle both single creators and full production teams. The lighting and audio equipment can be set up as per your request, and the space is generously sized so that you can express your ideas without being hindert that. On-site parking is another advantage as it makes inside and outside movement for loading and unloading equipment more convenient.
This venue allows you to reduce obstacles and, thus, you can be jumping from the start to the end in case you are shooting a campaign, recording new music, or inviting a small creative gathering.
