Chris Kamarlingos, the Quarry's owner and operator, and his attractive wife Alexandria manage the restaurant's daily operations with the same passion and enthusiasm they always had for food and customer service.

Chris is bringing his expertise and passion for the food and service sector back to Toronto after more than 30 years in the field.

After years of operating and running his restaurant in Limassol, Cyprus, the dream of returning to Toronto, where his family was born and raised, finally materialized. His family now runs "Glaros," a well-known Cypriot eatery, on the lush island.
