The Studio at Stage 6
About this space
Stage6 features a 2,800 square foot studio with a wrap-around cove and modern workspaces. Ideal for all your creative projects, Stage 6 is a high-quality studio that gives you the possibility to bring your projects into existence. Adapted with several facilities, it will make the project you are working on be produced in the most efficient way.
On top of the 2800 sq ft - 55' x 50' that you can use for shooting, there are over 600 sq. ft. of production offices that will provide your company with the tools it needs to carry out your shoot.
Prices
$150 power charge per day
$125 cleaning per rental - Large Item disposal not included
$ 350-floor painting to fresh white
Custom painting rates are available upon request

Requirements:
Certificate of insurance, $2,000,000 minimum coverage with Stage 6 Studios Ltd. as loss payee.
Refundable damage deposit of $1,000
Terms:
Damage deposit and all rental fees are due immediately upon confirming the booking.
Stage and surrounding area are to be left in clean/original condition at the end of the rental.
Overtime charges and any incidental/damage charges to be billed out at end of the rental.
Any items left after the rental period will be disposed of at the renter’s expense.
Damage deposit is returned when keys for Stage 6 are returned and all terms are met.
Stage 6 Studios Ltd., its owners, employees, and affiliates accept no liability or responsibility for loss, damage or personal injury resulting from the use of the rented facility or equipment. The renter hereby assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss for theft, damage, destruction, or any other injury from any and every cause whatsoever.
You will have access from 6 AM to 9:30 PM. If you rent for multiple consecutive days, you will have 24-hour access for the connecting days. On your first day, 6 AM would be your entry time, and 9:30 PM is the exit time on your last day. Overtime will be billed at $175/hr.
