The studio includes production equipment such as a Sony FX30 cinema camera, Shure SM7B microphone, RØDECaster Pro 2, video lighting, softboxes, blackout curtains, and an acoustic wall setup. There’s also furniture available on site, along with floor mats for stretching, mindfulness sessions, and light movement work.

Pricing includes access to Fraser Street Studios’ 1,000 sq. ft. creative and wellness hub, including professional studio assets such as the Sony FX30 Cinema Body with Sony FE 35mm f/1.8 Prime Lens, Shure SM7B Dynamic Studio Microphone, RØDECaster Pro 2, Godox VL150 II video lighting, softbox lighting, acoustic wall, blackout curtains, chairs, table, and photography wall.
Premium bookings are recommended for branded content, professional interviews, stakeholder meetings, campaign shoots, polished workshops, and coordinated sessions. Standard bookings are ideal for podcasting, video, photography, meetings, workshops, wellness sessions, training, and community programs.
Free 15-minute studio tours are available. Additional setup needs, technical support, filming, photography, editing, or production staffing must be confirmed before booking and may require an additional fee.

• No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the building or studio.
• No large parties, high-capacity events, or loud disruptive gatherings. Fraser Street Studios is best suited for small, focused creative, wellness, meeting, and community bookings.
• Guests must use the space only for the booking type confirmed, including podcasting, media production, photography, workshops, meetings, wellness sessions, training, or small gatherings.
• Please respect the building, neighbours, staff, and other users of the space. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level at all times.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the space tidy and returning furniture, mats, and equipment to the agreed setup unless otherwise arranged.
• Any damage to equipment, furniture, flooring, walls, studio assets, or building property may result in additional charges.
• Production equipment, lighting, audio gear, cameras, furniture, blackout curtains, photography wall, wellness mats, and other studio assets must be handled with care.
• Guests may bring their own equipment, props, materials, or wellness supplies, but they must not damage the space or block exits.
• No heavy equipment, high-impact fitness activity, or floor-damaging materials are allowed without prior approval.
• Alcohol, catering, amplified sound, or special setup needs must be approved before the booking.
• Setup and pack-up time must be included within the booked rental time.
• Children, youth, or vulnerable participants must be supervised by the booking host or approved facilitators at all times.
• The person booking the space is responsible for their guests, vendors, team members, and participants.
