The studio is an open rectangular room with a low suspended acoustic ceiling and evenly distributed recessed ceiling lights that deliver bright, shadow-free illumination. The floor is grey wood-effect vinyl and one wall is fully mirrored to support movement work.

Room features: A PA system provides on-site sound playback and air conditioning maintains a controlled temperature for long sessions. Natural daylight is available and the space includes a step-free entrance, wheelchair access and accessible toilets.

Best for: Dance and movement shoots, rehearsal filming, ballet and fitness classes, and movement-focused stills or video productions.

Please read carefully before booking:

✅ Booking Duration

“Your booking is valid only for the time slot you’ve reserved. Staying beyond this period is considered overtime.”

• Your booking time includes setup, event, and cleanup.
• You must exit the studio with all guests and belongings by the end of your reserved time.
• Please plan carefully and begin cleanup well before your time ends to avoid delays or extra charges.

🔁 Overtime Charges
• Overtime will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes, billed in half-hour increments.
• Even if you stay only 5–10 minutes over, a full half-hour charge will apply.
• Overtime is tracked and submitted via Tagvenue within 72 hours after your booking ends.

🚪 End-of-Booking Protocol
• To maintain fairness for all renters and stay on schedule, our team may enter the space promptly at the end of your booking to prepare for the next group.
• This is not to “rush” anyone, but to ensure smooth transitions between bookings.
• If guests refuse to leave or delay the next booking, additional charges may apply and future rental requests may be declined.
