⏰ Booking Time & Overtime Policy

Please read carefully before booking:

✅ Booking Duration

“Your booking is valid only for the time slot you’ve reserved. Staying beyond this period is considered overtime.”

• Your booking time includes setup, event, and cleanup.
• You must exit the studio with all guests and belongings by the end of your reserved time.
• Please plan carefully and begin cleanup well before your time ends to avoid delays or extra charges.

🔁 Overtime Charges
• Overtime will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes, billed in half-hour increments.
• Even if you stay only 5–10 minutes over, a full half-hour charge will apply.
• Overtime is tracked and submitted via Tagvenue within 72 hours after your booking ends.

🚪 End-of-Booking Protocol
• To maintain fairness for all renters and stay on schedule, our team may enter the space promptly at the end of your booking to prepare for the next group.
• This is not to “rush” anyone, but to ensure smooth transitions between bookings.
• If guests refuse to leave or delay the next booking, additional charges may apply and future rental requests may be declined.

If you expect to need extra time for setup or cleanup, we strongly recommend booking additional time in advance.

📌 Additional Rules
• 🚭 No smoking in the building.
• 💼 MadCorp. is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
• 🧼 Any excessive cleaning costs or damage will be billed to the renter after the booking. Any damages to furniture, equipment, or the space will result in additional fees billed through Tagvenue. Please treat the space with care.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
