It is available for private rental, perfect for your own wellness events or classes, you can also events for various events , Dance classes, Zumba Classes etc.
We are located in a small picturesque business village in the heart of Mississauga.
Our Instructors and staff are friendly, approachable, experienced, and trained to help students learn.

Holistic Bodyworx has been helping people with yoga, Pilates, fitness, and wellness in Mississauga since 2004. We rent our space for several events from dance classes to art workshop and all different kinds of events.Holistic Bodyworx Yoga, Pilates, & Wellness Studio is Mississauga's first Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates Studio. We are located in a small picturesque business village in the heart of Mississauga.
We lots of free parking space at the Back . We are also renting our space for Therapists , Physiotherapy Photo shoots and holding all kinds for events.
