One of the standout features of this meeting room is the large flat-screen smart TV that is equipped with a MAC mini. You and your guests can easily connect your devices to the TV via HDMI cable or screen mirroring your apple device. This feature makes it convenient for you to share and present your work seamlessly during your meetings. We understand that web meetings have become more popular than ever, which is why we have also installed a video camera to ensure that you can host virtual meetings effortlessly.

To ensure that you are well taken care of during your meetings, Venture X Richmond Hill offers complimentary refreshments. Water, coffee, and tea are available for you and your guests to enjoy. If you have any specific refreshment requests or dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Additionally, guests are also welcome to bring their own refreshments and snacks to the meeting.
