About this space

The South Wing brings together three distinct but connected spaces into one versatile, light-filled rental. Altogether, you have access to beautifully styled rooms designed for photography, content creation, small gatherings, workshops, and creative productions — all within one private wing.

The main studio areas feature multiple styled walls and textures, including white shiplap, white portrait texture, whitewashed brick, barn-board accents and doors, floral wallpaper nooks, and decorative wainscoting. Large south-facing windows and a glass back door bring in strong natural light from morning through afternoon. The wing includes a white kitchen, a bedroom-style studio with private washroom/dressing room, and a variety of movable furnishings so you can easily reconfigure the space to suit your setup.

Furniture and props are included, such as a queen-size bed with tufted headboard, vintage white leather settee, benches, boardroom/dining table with conference chairs, harvest island, writing desk, sleek black couch, pew bench, and decorative pieces. Basic studio equipment (backdrop stand, light stands, sandbags, apple boxes), studio props, and access to a kitchenette with coffee facilities are part of the rental. Optional features like a clawfoot bathtub and French gold vanity are available by request.

With approximately 500–600 sq ft studio rooms plus access to the adjoining terrace space, the South Wing offers flexibility, strong natural light, and multiple styled looks in one cohesive, private setting. It’s a practical, well-equipped environment designed to make creative work and small events straightforward and visually impactful.
