Event Venue Rules & Regulations (Alcohol Policy)
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following rules and regulations apply to all events held at our venue where alcohol is present:
1. Guest Count & Venue Use
Events must have a minimum of 20 guests and a maximum of 40 guests.
Seating arrangements may be adjusted prior to the event. Any changes must be approved by venue management.
The venue must be used only during the agreed-upon event hours.
2. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is permitted only if compliant with local and state laws.
All guests consuming alcohol must be 19+ years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID may be required.
No alcohol may be sold on the premises unless legally authorized.
The venue reserves the right to refuse service or stop alcohol consumption to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
Alcohol may not be taken outside the venue.
3. Responsible Behavior
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times.
Disorderly conduct, aggressive behavior, or intoxication will not be tolerated.
The event host is responsible for the behavior of their guests.
The venue reserves the right to end the event early if rules are violated, without refund or compensation.
4. Damage & Liability
The event host assumes full responsibility for any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by guests.
The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Any damages will be billed to the event host.
5. Safety & Compliance
No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted on the premises.
Emergency exits must remain clear at all times.
Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated areas (if applicable).
6. Music & Noise
Music volume must be kept at a level approved by venue management.
All local noise ordinances must be followed.
7. Cleanup
Guests must leave the venue in a reasonably clean condition.
