The main studio features ten-foot ceilings and six tall windows — four facing north and two east — bringing in steady, flattering light throughout the day. A 35-foot white wall runs alongside historic windows dressed in floor-length sheer linen, creating a soft, editorial backdrop. The space offers multiple textured surfaces to work with, including a 13-foot classic trim wall, a 15-foot square wainscot wall, a 13-foot white brick wall, and a 20-foot grey Venetian plaster wall that subtly shifts tone as the light changes. A cream macramé swing and seamless backdrops are available on request.
All rentals include access to the adjoining kitchenette, stocked with bottled water on arrival and a Nespresso machine for coffee, cappuccinos, and espresso. A fridge and microwave are also available. The studio comes styled with furniture, plants, and accent tables, and includes basic set equipment such as a backdrop stand, light stands, sandbags, and apple boxes. For added peace of mind, the space is sanitized with an electrostatic sprayer before and after each use.
