• ARRIVAL & SETUP: Setup and wrap-up time must take place within your booked hours. Early entry or late departures beyond a 10-minute grace period will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
• OVERTIME: Overtime is subject to availability and will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
• NO SMOKING: Smoking, vaping, or open flames of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the premises and directly in front of the storefront.
• NOISE & NEIGHBORS: Please keep music and sound at a respectful volume, especially during evening hours, to maintain good standing with neighboring plaza businesses.
• ALCOHOL POLICY: Serving or consuming alcohol requires prior written host approval and compliance with local municipal/provincial regulations.
• FURNITURE & DECOR: Guests are welcome to move light studio furniture, but please return all furniture and equipment to their original positions before check-out. Do not drag heavy items across the floor.
• WALLS & FIXTURES: No nails, screws, duct tape, or damaging adhesives on walls or mirrors. Painter’s tape or removable Command strips are permitted.
• KIDS & PETS: Children are welcome under adult supervision at all times! Pets are allowed only with prior host approval.
• DAMAGES: The primary booking guest assumes full financial responsibility for any accidental damage to the venue, mirrors, salon stations, or equipment during the rental period.
