• Cancellations or room adjustments require at least 24 business hours’ notice. If you need to make changes to your booking, please contact the office to avoid unused room usage fees.
• A five-minute grace period is allowed before and after the scheduled meeting time for setup and takedown, provided the room is not booked during that time. If the room is used beyond the grace period, additional time will be billed in one-hour increments.
